Sometimes especially with Lenovos the USB-C ports start to give out this prevents the dock from fully functioning.
- If you find yourself without images on your display one place to start is moving the USB-C cable from one port to another.
- If this works try switching back next time you restart the laptop
- Let IT know if you need more assistance and tell us you have already tried switching ports so we can skip that step.
