Set your personal working hours on Dialpad

To set your personal working hours, head to Your Settings

  1. Navigate to Call Handling & Voicemail > Personal Working Hours
  2. Select Only during specific hours
  3. Select your timezone
  4. Select Edit hours beside the day you'd like to set your hours and enter your start and end time
  5. Select which days you'd like these hours to apply to
  6. Select Update

 

 

 

Enable & create personal SMS auto-reply on Dialpad

To set up your SMS auto-reply for your messages, head into Your Settings.

  1. Navigate to Call Handling & Voicemail
  2. Navigate to SMS Auto-Reply
  3. Check the box beside SMS Auto-Reply
    1. Select Automatically reply to messages when in Do Not Disturb mode, or
    2. Select Automatically reply to messages received outside of my personal working hours.
  4. Type your personalized message to send when SMS auto-reply gets activated — it cannot be any longer than 320 characters — and hit enter to save.
